Accommodation/ Tenancy

We support Participants in achieving their specific and housing goals including liaison with housing providers, Appointments and Transportation to view selected premises.

Participate Community

We support Participants in meeting goals relating to participating in community, social or recreational activities.

Household Tasks

We support Participants in maintaining a clean and well-organised home for good health and happiness.

Development – Life Skills

We support Participants in learning skills that are key in navigation of challenges faced in daily life and implementation of coping strategies.

Respite / Short Term Accommodation

We understand that Participants may need temporary accommodation for respite, transition training or as a pathway to long term accommodation.
